MANHATTA

NEW YORK

Manhatta chefs focused in the kitchen, showcasing precision and teamwork | The Morris Project

Perched 60 floors above Manhattan, Manhatta is a love letter to New York City, celebrating the vibrancy, kinetic energy, and everyday rituals that define life in the city. The restaurant brings together food, wine, and community, creating a dining experience rooted in the people who give New York its unmistakable character.

To bring that idea to life, the identity draws inspiration from Andy Warhol and Jason Polan, two artists known for capturing New York through its people. A series of expressive illustrated characters became the foundation of the visual language, celebrating the individuality, diversity, and spontaneity that make the city unforgettable.
